Therapy is for anyone who wants to understand themselves more deeply, improve their relationships, or work through the places they feel stuck. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see if we are a good fit.

Do you accept insurance or offer sliding scale options?

I do not currently accept insurance directly. However, I offer affordable sliding scale options to help make therapy accessible. I can also provide a superbill upon request, which you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement depending on your plan. If you have questions about cost or reimbursement, I am happy to help guide you through the process.
