About Me
Hello, I am Amanda Hainer, MFTC. What I have witnessed is that real therapeutic change happens when we are willing to go deeper than the surface, into the patterns, the parts, and the stories that have shaped us. Getting to the roots of what is happening is foundational in my practice, it is not just about managing symptoms.
My path to this work has been very personal. In my mid-twenties I began to truly grasp how pivotal relationships are to human wellbeing. I became deeply passionate about helping people build connections that actually feel safe and authentic. What I have witnessed in practice has only deepened that conviction. When people work to heal their relationships, there is a simultaneous healing of the individual as well, the ripple effect is profound.
I work with couples, non-monogamous partners, families, and individuals, drawing from several evidence-based modalities to tailor my approach to you. I am particularly passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community, non-monogamous relationships, and with survivors of narcissistic abuse.
Based in Colorado, I offer telehealth therapy to all Colorado residents.
